Seokbyeong in Cheongwon-gun in spring of 1977.
Tosi is a long and wide band of cloth worn around the sleeves or arm to keep the arms warm or to prevent the sleeves from getting dirty.
Made of fine silk, this wristlet has a lining made of coarse silk, whose inside is padded cotton wool.
It is in a relatively large size of 52cm in width and 39cm in length, and edged at the end with a space of 1cm.
